Meet the team behind Integrity Prep

Our leadership is a passionate group of individuals committed to changing the world, one student at a time.

Nate Scott, executive director/Co-Founder

When students experience distractions or life stressors, often their education goals get disrupted. Many times, they feel like they have failed and need someone to believe in them again. Nate's passion is to encourage and guide students towards a plan to obtain their high school diploma. He looks forward to graduation day, when a once "defeated" student is transformed by their accomplishments.

Many students have experienced various disappointments and often times come to us with low expectations of the education system and themselves. Nate has built other successful programs applying a very simple approach - students come first and their education and future is our priority. He firmly believes that we first earn their respect and trust by involving them in decisions about their education, treating them like young adults, and holding them accountable. We celebrate their accomplishments and encourage them to continuously develop. Overall, we invest in our students and we do it because we care about them and believe in who they are and what they can accomplish.

Nate has had a successful career in education working with Special Ed and At-Risk Students.  He has taught, mentored and coached basketball of over 16 years.
